Refund policy
At Primestep, all sneakers are curated in brand-new, authentic, and pristine condition. In keeping the standards of a pristine sneaker house, all purchases are considered final unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Returns or exchanges are only considered within 7 days of delivery and strictly for items that remain completely unworn, unused, and in its original condition. Sneakers must show no signs of wear, including but not limited to creasing, sole marks, scuffs, dirt, odor, or any form of alteration. The original box, tags, accessories, and packaging must be intact and undamaged.
Primestep does not accept returns or exchanges for worn, used, damaged, or compromised items. This includes sneakers that have been worn outdoors, handled in a manner that affects resale value, or returned with damaged or missing packaging. Any item failing to meet our quality standards will be declined and returned to the customer at their expense.
Approved refunds are processed only after the returned item has been received and inspected. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5-7 working days. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return results from an error on our part.
Primestep reserves the right to decline any return or exchange that does not meet the conditions outlined above. The policies are in place to protect the authenticity, hygiene, and resale value of our sneakers and to maintain fairness for all customers.
